I am looking forward to hearing Mary Bones speak on the topic of early aerial photography of the Big Bend. W.D. Smithers is one of my heroes; would love to fly in a vintage DH-4! Remember to see the my Marfa Flights exhibit next door in the Museum of the Big Bend! There you can see the original photographs from the book and more! All the original photographs are for sale, and a portion of the proceeds help the Museum of the Big Bend.
